Refund Policy

Because our services are digital and begin immediately after payment, the customer waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish law (2005:59). This waiver is expressly confirmed by clicking "Pay securely" at checkout.

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• Delivery has not started within 72 hours after payment.
• The service is permanently unavailable due to technical issues on Boostora's end.
• The order is cancelled by Boostora before delivery begins.

If delivery has started but is incomplete, we offer:

• Automatic refill for services marked with refill guarantee, within the specified period (e.g. 30 or 365 days).
• A proportional refund for the portion that could not be delivered.
• Compensation as credit toward future orders.

• The delivery has been completed as ordered.
• The Customer's account or post has been deleted, changed, or set to private after ordering.
• The Platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) removes the delivered material.
• The Customer's request is based on personal opinion or changed mind rather than a delivery failure.
• The Customer provided the wrong username or link.

2. Include your order ID, the email you ordered with, and a brief description of the issue.
3. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the card used, typically within 5–10 banking days.

We ask that you always contact our support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most issues quickly without bank involvement.

Unjustified chargebacks (e.g. after completed delivery) will be disputed by Boostora using these terms, purchase evidence, delivery evidence, and logs. Repeated improper chargebacks may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.
