Boostora facilitates digital marketing services by forwarding orders to established supplier networks. We act as a reseller and platform, not as a direct generator of traffic or engagement.
We never ask for your password or login credentials. Only a public username or public link is required.
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). Payment is made via Stripe at the time of ordering. A binding agreement is formed when the Customer completes the payment.
A receipt is sent automatically via email. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe; Boostora never stores card information.
Delivery typically begins within 0–15 minutes after payment but may exceptionally take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not binding guarantees.
Partial deliveries may occur. For services marked with refill, we offer automatic compensation within the specified period.
Delivery depends on third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and our suppliers. Boostora cannot guarantee delivery if the Platform takes actions that prevent the service, e.g. changing its API, blocking accounts, removing content, or changing algorithms.
Under Swedish law (2005:59) on distance contracts, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. However, this right does not apply to digital services performed immediately upon the Customer's express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal thereby ceases.

The following is expressly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms:
Boostora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order upon suspicion of breach, without any obligation to refund.
Boostora makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as:
Boostora is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, reputation harm, loss of accounts or data, or other intangible damages.
Boostora's total liability is in any event limited to the amount the Customer has paid for the specific order in question.
Boostora is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Meta, Google, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Platforms may change their terms, algorithms, or policies without notice. Boostora is not responsible for consequences of such changes.
Boostora is released from liability in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, pandemic, government decisions, cyberattacks, strikes, supplier outages, Platform outages, and internet infrastructure disruptions.
All content on boostora.se, including text, design, logos, graphics, and source code, belongs to Boostora or is used under license. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
Boostora processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which also forms an integral part of these terms.
Boostora may update these terms. Changes are published at boostora.se/villkor and take effect from the publication date. Material changes are notified via email to registered customers.
Boostora reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer at any time upon suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms, or for other legitimate reasons, without obligation to state a specific cause.
Swedish law shall govern these terms and the service. Disputes shall first be handled through customer service at support@boostora.se.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may contact the Swedish Consumer Disputes Board (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Final disputes shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
