Refill means the opportunity to request replenishment under the selected service's conditions when delivered activity decreases. It is not the same as a new purchase or a refund. Not every service offers refill.
Check what the package actually states
The service catalog can filter services marked with refill. This does not mean all packages share the same period, minimum count or eligibility conditions. Read the package description before ordering.
If an important detail is missing, ask support before payment. Do not assume refill is automatic, unlimited or lifelong. The word guarantee cannot replace concrete conditions.
Distinguish delivery problems from drops

Order status is supplier reporting, not independent proof of account activity. Send clear observations when it does not match what you see.
Gather information for support
Open the order in My orders. Include the order number, exact target link, when you noticed the change and timestamped screenshots if available. State that you are asking about refill rather than a new paid order.
Also mention any username changes, visibility changes or purchases of the same activity elsewhere. This helps distinguish overlapping deliveries. Never send social media passwords, card details or sign-in codes.
Do not place a duplicate order to troubleshoot
A new order for the same target can overlap the first and make reconciliation harder. Wait for a concrete answer about the existing order before buying again. We do not promise a universal completion time for services or refill requests.
Refill does not promise permanent followers
Platforms may remove activity and restrict accounts. Refill availability does not prove that accounts are human, will engage or comply with platform rules. Read risks and limitations.
